The speculative office building, built between 1980-1983, has undergone a major transformation now performing successful high quality office spaces.

Northgate supplied and installed a number of Oak Frame Woodwall single swing door sets, each with a double glazed side light, creating six private meeting rooms. The Citterio Woodwall brought daylight into the circulation areas, and blended in with the natural tones of the meeting room suite.
